Ocumend Bruise Reducing Pads

REDUCE BRUISING WITH OCUMEND

OcuMend was launched into the field of plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology to speed recovery of bruising, pain and swelling caused from facial aesthetics procedures such as rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty (eye lift), rhytidectomy (face-lift) and dermal fillers.

Ocumend pads contain medical grade Arnica montana and Ledum palustre hydrogel pads at 50 times the potency of any other product purchased over the counter.

OcuMend pads contain a patented ultra-penetrating nanotechnology that produces natural Arnica and Ledum sub-micron particles. Nanoparticles have been shown to penetrate the skin more easily.

Ocumend Bruise Reducing Pads

OcuMend is clinically proven to reduce bruising, pain and swelling. Dr. Velargo performed a split-face study on blepharoplasty patients that showed a significant difference between the eye treated with Ocumend pads vs. the eye treated with a leading over the counter Arnica cream. Additionally, another study, published in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery 2016, showed that patients recovered faster when using the Ocumend pads.

Our patients particularly enjoy using these pads following tear trough and cheek augmentation injectible fillers.  Our patients that use Ocumend tend to bruise less and have less swelling.  Any bruising that does occur tends to resolve at a faster rate than those patients not taking advantage of the Ocumend pads.
